I got two quail from the market today. I have never cooked, or eaten them; so i asked the lady behind the counter for advice. she said to cook at 200° for 30mins, but when i look at recipes on line, it gives conflicting times.
So just wanting any advice from people that have cooked it.
It is whole, bone in.
Do i have to stuff it?
