This guy's big enough to feed a bunch! He was found near Amarillo, Tx.

I don't think it's dead, GF.

Milk, they skin it, cut the meat into pieces, then bread and fry it like chicken. Or at least that's the way I had it. It wasn't bad...probably would have been better if the cook had been a little less drunk.
This was many years ago, when I was in college in Texas. The fraternity boys went on a rattlesnake hunt, and then threw a party and cooked up their catch.
There was always some kind of party going on...hanging around with the Sigma Nu's was a lot like Animal House.
