Ingredients:
- 1 White Onion
- 3 pieces of garlics
- half a cup of dark soy sause(more if not enough color)
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 lbs of ground pork
- water
- 1/2 cup of starch(more if not sticky enough)
- 1/2 cup of chinese radish
- 2-3 t-spoon of salt
- 7 cubes of brown sugar
- Cut onions into small pieces
- slice up garlics
- heat up the wok with the oil, high heat for electric stoves
- dump the garlic and onions in the wok and stir and fry for a minute
- dump the meat in the wok
- dump the soy sauce in the wok
- dump the chinese radish in the wok
- dump the salt in the wok
- dump the brown sugar in the wok
- start giving the meat some good mixing with the soy sauce for a couple minutes
- dump 1/2 cup of water in the wok and mix well
- as it dries up, evenly srpinkle the starch in while stirring
- keep repeating step 8 and 9 if needed, until the food looks cooked and sticky, not watery or dry.
