Hello i have alot of Salmon and wanted to come up with a recipe i was wondering if you could help.
I have two possibilites salmon on a bed of tagiallete and spinach or salmon with veg.
What i need help with is deciding the best sauce . For the salmon and veg i thought of mornay sauce , saffron sauce or a royal sauce . And for the pasta course anchovy or aurore sauce.
IF there are any chefs out there which could tell me which is the best combo i would love to know.
