It was a Penzeys kind of night here, too. Pan-seared pork chops seasoned with Fox Point and topped with a pan sauce of apple cider vinegar, apple cider and homemade Dijon-style mustard; braised apples with Penzeys Indonesian Cinnamon and Pie Spice; and salad from the garden with roasted red peppers, cucumbers and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. No Penzeys there [emoji38] Oh, and a couple slices of homemade bread with olive oil and salt.
