[Cooking Goddess]

I prepped a pot of turkey rice soup yesterday while making the French onion soup. Today I added the rice to the pot and am finishing it off. Actually, it's done cooking and we're about to start on "finishing it off". With more than four quarts in the pot and our neighbor can't eat poultry products, we won't finish this soup tonight.

Baked ham, baked potato and roasted carrots.

We ordered from a local Italian resto. DH got a penne dish and I got a charcuterie platter.

Shells with Garlic Scape Pesto ( made from last years garlic scapes from the garden) and broccoli. With a side of Veggie Soup and Italian bread.
