DH wanted pizza, so he got a "Luna special" and I got a souvlaki platter.

I found a little piece of pork butt in the freezer so I seared it, added some Asian flavors (soy sauce, hoisin, ginger, garlic, scallions wine and chicken stock etc. We had it with sesame rice and a veggie. (sorry, no photo)

I had some of that sous vide corned beef today, plus some cabbage, cooked in ghee.

We had leftovers, finishing up the last of the chicken and orzo dish. I also had a smidgen of lasagna. Dessert was fruit - raspberries. Encrusted in pastry dough. Alright, alright, it was pie.

We went with pizza and a green salad.

I ate take out Mongolian beef. It was meh. The steamed rice was ok; but I'd ordered fried rice. The doughnut was simply dusted in sugar. The crab rangoon was crispy and pretty good.
