I have a pan of homemade Corn Bread in the oven as we 'speak'
I baked some frozen, store bought, breaded haddock and some frozen tots and fries. I made some remoulade. I served that with corn and bean salad with some malt vinegar for the taters and wedges of lemon for the fish. It was yummers. We both had seconds.
We had grilled ribeye steaks, baked potatoes, salad, Mom had strawberries for dessert and I had watermelon cubes. Later, I had 2 dark chocolate w/ sea salt mini bars.
In an effort to harvest and use some of my fresh microgreens, we had a version of the Good Earth's Baked Cheese sandwiches. It was tasty, but I should habe harvested more sprouts!
