I guess no one was in a hurry to start a dinner thread today yesterday.

I baked some store bought, frozen, breaded haddock and some shoestring potatoes. I served that with homemade coleslaw and remoulade. There were also lemon wedges and malt vinegar. That was a welcome change. We have both been craving some yummy fish.
