Supper Thursday, 2023 November 9

I guess no one was in a hurry to start a dinner thread today yesterday.

I baked some store bought, frozen, breaded haddock and some shoestring potatoes. I served that with homemade coleslaw and remoulade. There were also lemon wedges and malt vinegar. That was a welcome change. We have both been craving some yummy fish.

Because my supper was very boring - a PB&J sandwich and some potato chips was it for me.

Mac'n Cheese (store) - Hot Sausage from butcher.

This butcher is going to Paris in 2025 for a contest between butchers from many, countries. Anxious to see it.

Today is DH's birthday and we'll be going to a Veteran's dinner tonight...so, for his birthday eve, I made fried chicken, Harvard beets, mashed taters and gravy. Very yummy meal!
