Back to Trader Joe's for this product I think is not sold year round. They had a massive amount out for sale so I picked up a box.
I looked at the ingredients list and decided to make it with butter.
The cake batter to me seemed thick after I mixed it.
The Cinnamon mixture was nice and big. I thought it may have been a bit much.
I start to put the cake mix in and thought it was small but in the end it was not.
I baked it to the directions on the package and in the end it really filled the square pan really nicely.
I tried it and this was a solid coffee cake mix here despite the long prep time for this item.
I will give this one a big thumbs up.
