No ideas here yet. Still looking around.
I found half of a small tri-tip in the freezer that I'd portioned out in a vacuum seal bag, so that's thawing now. Not sure what I'm going to do with it yet - too small to mess with firing up the Weber. I'm thinking hot sear on the CI grill pan or broiled, and slicing it up for either tacos or fajitas.
