Cheese and onion are my very favorite. Up here, they charge $1.75 to add the flippin' onions! What's up with that? My homemade are better anyway.
I made tacos last night and taco salads the night before....but I'm seeing enchiladas in the near future!

Tonight's meal was a mash-up of leftovers from eating out, some fresh produce, and Aldi favorites. We had a couple of Applebee's riblets and some French fries. To that I added Aldi mac-and-cheese and Pork Burnt Ends. I also cooked up some fresh green beans, and sautéed apples in butter with a touch of brown sugar. I've been so busy trying to fill the cupboards with stuff that we had packed away years ago that it's been Christmas around here with all of the surprises!

We had enough tortellini leftover to make a nice side dish. I added chicken and asparagus after roasting them on a sheet pan. The tortellini's tomato (which was also roasted) paired great with everything and pulled it together.
I went out to supper with a friend. I had a psilikomeni salad that came with my pork gyro platter. There were also roast Greek potatoes. That was a lot of food.
