I ended up making a double batch 'cuz I wanted to use all of the chicken I had on hand. It was yummy and there's enough to take along for a meal on our camping trip and another package for a future freezer meal too.I'm thinking I'll try a new to me recipe called Chicken Zucchini Bake. I think it will need rice as a side?
