Zucchini bread in cupcake tins

How long should I bake them for? The normal loaves bake for an hour. How long can I freeze them?
 
I wanna say bake the muffins for 20-25 min then check them.... I did the same with my favorite cornbread this weekend.
Freezing breads / cakes I think would be fine at least 6 months.... I don't know nothing ever lasts that long around here!
 
They worked out great! I made gluten-free bread and froze the cupcakes. 50 seconds on defrost makes them perfect for my toddler who is so picky but can't have gluten or dairy. I've been needing a quick easy, filling food I can give him. I think I'll do the same thing with some corn bread!
 
I made my zucchini slice in star shaped tins which look pretty on the plate. I zap them with a slice of cheese on top and serve with tomato jam. Yummy!!
 
Never thought about making muffins out of zucchini, what a great idea, I think I'll try that next time I make it.
