    On the char broil that I am using I have a flavor bar like this: http://web.ivenue.com/allparts/images/G305-0007W1.jpg The fire jumps through those holes and burns the meat pretty bad. The weber has one similar to that but not holes, is that good? My uncle has ones like these...

    New propane grill, need tips

    First time propane griller here. Really big fan of grilling and it seems propane is just too convenient to pass up. It's basically an old 2 burner char broil griller with some sort of flame protector in the bottom of it (if that gives you an idea of what its like). I still haven't perfected...
