I found a recipe on allrecipes.com to make pastry cream because I wanted to finish some milk I have that will expire soon. We don't usually drink fresh milk at home because we prefer soy milk. So, if I buy milk for baking, the rest may end up going to waste... :( So, I really like the pastry...

Yes... :smile: The custards recipes I have, all use whole eggs, so I don't know if it'll work with egg yolks only... :mellow:
