Taro ice cream/frozen yogurt recipe?

Hello,

I just bought an ice cream maker, and my husband immediately requested a taro frozen yogurt. He LOVES the kind they have at yogurtland. I've tried searching online, but couldn't find that many variety of it. Does anybody have a recipe they can share?

I tried this frozen yogurt recipe before, using fresh peaches and pecans, I think if you stir in some taro, it might work. It's really good! Also just want to say that the recipe uses sweetener, not real sugar, because my father has diabetes, so my whole family does not eat too much sugar. Hope this helps!

I had it a few times(late night)while living on Oahu, there were a few places that did it, but only once did I REALLY go WOW, and that was a pineapple poi ice cream with candied macadamia nuts. I need to remember the place, it was at the east end of Kalakaua near the zoo...
