How can a cut up hog be cheaper than buying and cooking just shoulders or butts?

Heres my menu. Not saying it will work for you but wanted to give you an example. My sammies are about 1/3 lb servings on fresh baked rolls. My PP sammie is now $5 and the brisket is now $6. By imn88fan

60 people at 1/3 lb PP = 20 lbs cooked @ $10.00 per lb = $200 to cook 5 butts. Easy money. 8)

You are correct! PP sammies went to 5 bucks and rounded the ribs to 10 and 20 for a full slab. Can't keep enough ribs going, my customers LOVE em!

Accept nothing but the best. Get the EZ up brand with the sides and you'll be good to go. The cheap knock offs are just that!

Lookin good Cliff! Do you find problems with getting the temps up with the drum full like that? I've also had problems with all the fat dripping on the coals and snuffing the fire.
