Thighs are a cinch to make stove top. Preheat skillet with a light coat of oil. Throw the thighs in pan. Add pats of butter, salt, pepper, garlic, soy or worcestershire. Cover & cook gently about 25 minutes. Moist & tasty! Don't forget some onion wedges!
Took me years to cook perfect chicken. I invested in a good meat pounder to evenly flatten chicken breasts between saran pieces. I lightly salt, pepper and salute in heated olive oil. A good thermometer is also advised - such as Thermapen. It usually takes about 6 min per side for tender...
I wouldn't be able to eat that and wouldn't want my kids to eat it either.
Just sounds too gross to me. Eggs are cheap - I wouldn't risk it.
I would however, cook them for my dog...
I went to a little gourmet shop yesterday and splurged on White Truffle Oil - I plan on using it sparingly on fish and vegetables. Have you had the pleasure of trying it? If you bought it, how did you use it? Thanks!
My favorite pot roast: Pour one can cream of mushroom soup over roast, sprinkle with 1 envelope Lipton onion soup. Cover tightly and roast 325 for 3 hours.
Easy peasy and wonderful gravy.
