That sounds delicous . What do you use for the sauce? Too many leftovers in my fridge so I 'll likely have a hodge podge. Probably a spinach salad with some chicken. Bf will likely have chicken parm on a bun.

That all sounds amazing. My idea of Sunday dinner :smile: I took out some frozen chicken soup . The bf has a bad cold and lovely enough, i wake up with it . I'll add some more veggies, chicken and egg noodles to it . BUt that is about all the cooking going on here today.

I never boil the pork ribs although I do slice off any large flaps of fat. For beef ribs I always boil. For pork I usually do the low and slow method in the oven.

I picked up some butterfly porkchops this afternoon so I'll make those along with a broccoli salad that I made today. I got the recipe from a classmate at a potluck. I ll probably make some roasted potato chunks as well.
