My mother used to have so many kitchen appliances she used once or twice.... so I decided my own kitchen won't be filled with useless or occasional gadgets. All I can say I have a decent infrared thermometer which I use almost every time and 14" pizza slicer.

This chainmail reminds me of my D&D campaigns :biggrin: My aunt has a pair of these but I don't really like wearing gloves during cooking. The only gloves I keep at home is a pair of heat resistant oven mitts like this.

Hey there. Texas is a great place! My aunt lives with her husband in Dallas. Every time I visit their home we have a beer with juicy steaks :cool:

Ouch, what a sad story. Any chances you would leave that horrible place and look for a new job with better conditions? The dough is a base ingredient making any pizza. That fact that your boss isn't aware of that makes me feel sorry that such pizzerias exist. :neutral:
