I would like to try this recipe, but I was wondering if I can still make it and if it would turn out okay without using an electic mixer or anything I do not have one, just my hands. I just didn't want to try it if me not having a mixer would be a problem.
Maybe my recipe didn't give me enough directions. With fude am I supposed to stir it the whole entire time? I am going to get a candy thermometer. What type of spoon should I use?
I dont think my fudge looks rigth. The fudge I make in my fooking class I was able to pour like a batter. This just looks weird. I mean I tasted it it tastes okay. I followed everything the recipe says. Here is the recipe I used

I am just bout to start making my fudge I have everything realy to go, my recipe says 3/4 cups of butter I have the sticks of butter and it dont mark on the side where 3 /4 is at. Is it 12 tablespoons since it is marked on the butter in table spoons so would that be 1 stick of butter plus 4...
