I had this last night..
Saturday is 4 course day
1.2.
1.creamy broccoli-cheese soup 2. steamed long rough dab on salad with mustard sauce
3.4.
3. salmon with pasta and tomato basil sauce 4. icecream with warm peach
Saturday's we have a 4 course :cool:
1.2.
1. zucchini-chicken soup 2. ruccola salad with beefroll and cheese dressing (warm)
3.4.
3. spaghetti with chicken and orange sauce 4. icecream with grapes and vin santo sauce.
Saturday is 4 course.. :D This is what I had today:
1.2.
1. creamy fishsoup 2. fishballs with spinach, basil and onion
3.4.
3. risotto with tuna 4. icecream with orange and grand marnier
I am a bit surprised you all cooked lasagna with a tomato sauce (not that there is anything wrong with that..:smile: )

Lasagna with salmon:
I made a white sauce and added some boiled cod and used layers of smoked salmon... and fresh lasagna!
And 2 days...
We have a 4 course every Saturday..:cool:
This is what I made this week:
1.2.
1. creamy leek soup 2. cooked tartare (burger :D ) on endive with brie-cream-sauce
3.4.
3. tenderloin steak with red pasta, mixed mushrooms and red port 4. icecream with peach and grand marnier
Bell peppers or paprika goes well with seafood.
This is very easy, yet tastefull:
Fill the paprika with crawfish and mascarpone cheese and just a little oregano on top. Strike outside with olive oil and cook in oven, 200 C. 15-20 minutes.
Serve with rice. Very creamy !
It's a bit scary... I picked almost the same username..and browsing through the picture gallery I found out he/she has the exact same plates I have :ohmy: :ohmy:
