wow i never knew any of this. None of my boards have splintered or cracked, but I guess since this is the rule, i'm going out to get some mineral oil!

i buy frozen and fresh chicken. personally i like the frozen chicken breasts, i think it's because they always come out juicy. I usually buy fresh chicken legs or whole chicken. The bags are definitely cheaper.
