silplat I have two and they are great, for everything, cookies, and bread.

cookware I splurged and got AllClad and am very happy. Its all stainless and I added one nonstick fry pan that I use the most because of the easy clean up, but like the others too for making gravies etc...

bread machine I use my bread machine every week and have had pretty good luck with it, especially since I got the book Bread Maching Magic. I have bought store bread only abt 2 or 3 times since I got it in the fall.
