    Seafood Risotto recipe?

Hi folks, Does anyone have a fairly simple and easy to throw together recipe for a seafood risotto? I bought a tub of mixed seafood (cooked mussels, shrimp and squid pieces) in the supermarket and I have some Arborio risotto rice in the cupboard so thought I'd try putting them together! I don't...

    Cooking times for Stuffed Mushrooms

Thanks urmaniac. I don't think the tomatoes will actually give much moisture at all because I sauteed them first with the shallots, white mushrooms and some garlic, then mixed them into the ricotta with some breadcrumbs so the mixture wasn't all that wet and the toms lost most of their moisture...

What my mother always did was soak the beef or ham in cold water overnight, sometimes changing it every so often and then boil it in fresh water. The longer you steep it and more often...

    Stuffed Bell Pepper fillings

Thanks thumper, the bacon one sounds yum alright! Think I'll give that one a go myself! My boyfriend doesn't eat much meat though for health reasons so was thinking of trying out some veggie type versions.
