    Storing baked beet chips???

    Did you refrigerate them? That will make them chewy. I keep them in my pantry (chips) and reheat them on a sheet pan in the oven, as has already been suggested.

    Favorite Beer?

    Our favorite is brewed at Racquette River Brewery in Tupper Lake NY in the Adirondack Mountains. Other than that we will have an occasional Sam Adams Lager.

    2017 - Time to clean out

    I have been going through our "stuff" also. I don't want to leave my kids a bunch of things that they don't want or will never use. Getting my husband to go through a garage full of tools, machines, etc. is a challenge. That'll be on him.LOL.

    Best way to store pesto in the freezer?

    I've had basil pesto in my refrigerator for 2-3 weeks at a time. Always in a plastic container. I've never had it turn brown and it tastes great. when I use it.
