I usually do my grocery shopping at Mahima supermarket.It is a little exensive but they do sell good products there.There is nothing you want that you won't fine there.plus the waiters there are polite.

Yes of course, basil is a vegetable and like other vegetables it needs to be in a well drained moist soil that is always watered.So the soil is suppose to be wet for the basil to produce well.
