i have started making butter, but when it comes out of the fridge it ia rock hard. can i keep it on the counter? it lasts about four days. thanks, tracy

Well, I could not find what I wanted so I used my normal whole wheat recipie, added a bit of honey, raisons and candied fruit. Oh my it is good!!! Not what I would buy in the store but tastey anyway.. Tracy

i saw these in my local chippie when i lived in london. they had deep fried sausages as well as other crazy, yummy stuff :smile:

i love dried cranberries. i can eat them from the bag, or mixed with chocolate chips :pig: i have a great recipie for double chocolate cookies with them. mmmm mom2girls

my dd is turning five. we are doing a 'big girl tea party" . she wants the tiered plates and tea cups ect. now what would you make for five kids, i don't want all sweet. i am thinking egg sandwiches, chocolate strawberries, a square, a cookie...... and a cake :chef: help please!!! mom2girls

It is a great idea to store your flour in the freezer. My thought is that if if is kept on the shelf that those nasty little bugs could get it.. YUK. I buy huge bags of flour but I go threw it so fast that I do not freeze it. mom2girls

make sure youtry the pomme friets (sp?) as well, you get them at road side vendors. Such great food. I went to a place that made cheese in Holland and bought a huge wheel of cheese, sadley it broke open in my backpack and all went in the garbage :sad: Enjoy. mom2girls
