    I bought a little box kit to make "Malay Chicken Biryani" It calls for 1 cup Tamarind pulp. I found Tamarind paste, can I use that and if so how much? Thanks.

    My boyfriends boss gave out meat bundles as Christmas gifts. One item is called Bread and Butter steak. I googled but only found Bread and butter roast. So how should I cook it? and should I marinate it? Thank you.

    My boy friend found a large container of Arrowroot powder at the grocery store. Since he knows I love to try cooking things I've never tried before he brought it home. I know it is a thickener like corn starch but is it better all around or better for different recipes? Does it leave a taste...

    Kayelle is closest, but mine had cream and broth not canned soup, also had green chilis. But I'm going to try the one you posted and just add the chilis. I still would like the original though, if anybody has it or close. Thanks

    My parents are in a care center. Sometimes we bring them a home cooked meal. Mom wants a steak dinner. Medium and not tough, also corn on the cob, and a baked potato. My sister bought the food and I'm cooking it. The package says "Beef round eye of round". They are not quite 1/2 a pound each...

    My sisters friend worked at a restaurant that just went out of business. She brought over a lot of food including a 1 gallon jug of Katy's kitchen shrimp and seafood sauce. What can I do with it? I thought I might measure it out in 1 or 2 cup servings and freeze it for starters. Is that OK...

    I do this to. Mine has hamburger, potatoes, onions, and scrambled eggs. Sometimes we add some cheddar cheese. I'm gonna try all these ideas now to.
