    June 17, 2014 - Dinner

    Leftover chili over baked potato topped with sour cream and chives. Garden salad w/ranch. To complete the meal, for dessert, vanilla ice cream with cinnamon sprinkled on top.

    Curious, what herbs, spices, and or extracts did you use to flavor your dishes today? I sprinkled cinna-cream sprinkles on my old fashioned oats this morning. For lunch, topped hard boiled eggs with sea salt and paprika. And for dinner, prepared parmesan meatballs with dried parsley and garlic...

    Day 2 of 4: Meatballs, quinoa, and peas... And, a little later, a bowl of chicken soup with fresh squeezed lemon.

    4-26-2014 In-between meals, meal(s)

    For my 3 o'clock meal (I eat every three hours), I'll have a serving size of whole grain pasta and top it off with some crumbled feta cheese. Due to pasta being high in carbs, I find that having it for a snack works great.
