    hi this sound like a great pan for re-heating frozen pizza.. cover only the top with alum foil.. and keep the bottom on perforated ridged bottom.. where can i get this? note. i find that reheating pizza in completely wrapped alum foil can make the crust soggy

    curry pan hello i started of with indian cooking and still used a lot of sauce-style dishes with indian spices. i found that any saute pan with at least 3" height works well. in my experience sloping sides seemed more comfortabkle for cooking than flat sides. i like my 4.5qt bourgeat evasee...

    hello i mostly cook with SS interior. i have 3 types.. copper+SS; tri-ply(Cuisinart Mulitclad); Aluminium-Disk+SS .. my experience is that the copper+SS & tri-ply outperform the Alum-disk+SS by enough of an amount to make the tri-ply a better choice. sides of the alum-disk+SS tend to heat...

    hello all i bought a "2.5mm thick, cast iron handle" Mauviel 2.75qt saucepan with handle from ebay. after receiving it. i notice discrepancies: the thickness is 2mm (approx) and handle is stainless. its under ebay-dispute right now. i have offered the seller $110 instead of $160...
