    Yellow Potatoes

    I love Yukon gold potatoes for mashed potatoes because they are nice and creamy after boiling. Red potatoes are better for baking in my opinion because they tend to be harder in texture.

    I'm not sure why you would want to. Maybe if you had fried vegetables or something without a lot of taste but I'd think frying your donuts in shrimp oil would make it smell like an ocean.

    I had leftover baked chicken coated in corn flake crumbs, cold broccoli and steamed rice. Very good yet somewhat healthy.

    Substitution for dry sherry

    I'm a big fan of dry marsala. I use it for a baby portabella mushroom dish I make regularly. I've also used sherry for it but prefer the marsala.

    Guilty pleasures

    My guilty pleasures are mashed potatoes and baking pre-marinaded bbq ribs from the supermarket. I try to eat healthy for the most part but one can only worry so much.

    My favorite pizza on their menu is the roasted garlic chicken pizza. It is sooo good. Probably not a good idea that it is lunch time right now as I'm typing this.
