    Easiest way to cook chicken? (new to cooking)

    Use boneless chicken breast; it cooks most evenly. Also, just use a cooking spray (such as Pam) to spritz a fry pan. 4 at a time, if you want. Season and cook over medium heat on stove top about 5-7 min per side. Cook veggies separately. Follow package directions.

    I wouldn't use any other fuel than natural gas, however my oven bakes fast, so I always have to use less time. I had electric once and hated it. I don't know where you live, but altitude could be your problem. http://highaltitudebaking.com/adj_recipes.htm

    One sniff should tell you. Even if it's safe, it does lose it's flavor and texture over time.
