    What to do with Bacon Grease?

    You pour it into a empty glass container, cover it, and put it in the fridge. It will harden and you can use it for cooking later or just throw it in the trash. Don't pour it down the sink!

    You mention farmed salmon but I heard fresh caught salmon in Upstate New York rivers is worse. Regardless I eat both because Salmon is delicious and nutrient packed. I'll take my chances.

    We used to make our own eggnog but with the raw egg scare a few years back we don't make it anymore. It was vanilla flavoring, 2 eggs, sugar, milk, and cinnamon whipped together. Does anyone make this and still drink it?
