How to store roasted pumpkin seeds and what is the shelf life?

Hi guys this is my first time making roasted pumpkin seeds and I was just wondering what the best method is to safely store them and how long they can be kept. If it makes any difference I did take them directly out of the pumpkin, didn't buy them at the store.

Best Mandoline Slicers & Julianne Cutters

I have only ever used the stainless steel variety. Tried a plastic version once but it didn't keep up, I felt like I was going to break it (although to be fair it was not an expensive item, if you catch my drift...) I too have lost some fingernails and a few chunks of fingertip. Luckly I was...

    What knives are the best?

I'm sorry that I have no advice to offer, only a question of my own. I love the blade design of the santoku knives. You can slice and dice more quickly without having half a potato suctioned to your knife. I'm sure there is a technical term for this design, but I call them air pockets :)...

    How did they do it?

I will say this much, it was thought up by a head chef and the poor underling in charge of that station probably groans everytime he has to stop what he is doing to make it :) But it is a very beautiful and ingenious design. Amazing what you can creat with common ingredients

Chicken wings in black currant marinade

Sorry, I know the deadline for your dish is past, but should you decide to make it in the future, maybe you could add chili powder to the tempura to accentuate and offset the sweetness, similar to some mexican candies

I have a freezer full of bacon

Something I enjoyed making at the restaurant is bacon wrapped shrimp. Thaw some medium/large shrimp, cut your bacon strip into 1/3s, wrap a chunk of bacon around the head-end, shove a toothpick through it all, toss in bread crumbs, and fry em up! they take around 1 minute in a deep fryer/fry...

    Help with a picky eater

WOW! I swear I had no idea he was married! LOL Thanks for the advice guys. The main problem is that while I like many different foods, I don't eat very much. I'm the adult that orders off the kid's menu because those are the only portions small enough. so when I cook for two, I'm counting on...

Your favourite (or least favorite) culinary blasphemies.

I wouldn't say it makes me angry, but I find it strange that mexican dishes get loaded up with cilantro, an herb that originated in Asia. I really dislike cilantro, but I love mexican food, so it bothers me that "authentic" mexican food has to be drowned in cilantro :(

    Help with a picky eater

I live with a picky eater. The problem is he's an adult, not a child, so I can't force him to eat his vegetables. I enjoy cooking with a variety of ingredients, including ethnic foods and fresh produce, but he is a midwest boy and only wants meat and potatoes... I want to eat healthy and...
