    What is your favourite fall/winter comfort food?

    Chilli con carne with beans, topped with a generous amount of diced white onion, shredded sharp cheddar cheese and a large dallop of Sour Cream. Wisconsin dairy products of course.

    Howdy from a master glutton

    Fried fish is really huge up here, as are casseroles made of starchy fillers like tater tots and pasta. Not uncommon to have smoked polish sausage or bratwurst with sauer kraut and potatoes. Majority of cooking here is really bland.

    What is your favorite Mexican/Tex-Mex food???

    Breakfast chilequiles with red sauce , Carne asada , Chile relleno con queso, shredded beef chimichanga. Carnitas and Carne asada tacos, the mexican style ones with the 2 little corn tortillas. Some kind of a Sangria cocktail too.
