    Anyone has experience with Paco Jet?

    I'm thinking to buy a Paco Jet (for commercial use). I've heard many good things about it from the internet but haven't seen a real one yet. Anyone has any experience with this machine, especially on making Ice Cream, Sorbet...etc.? I'm interest to know the ease of use and maintainence of this...
