Oh wow, these all look wonderful to me. I let DH choose and he picked QSis's brunch eggs so we will have this one first. I will serve some fresh fruit, the lemon blueberry coffee cake, coffee (of course) and mimosas as well.
One couple canceled so 4 of us have to eat all of this! Next time I...
I am having a brunch for 6 to 8 people next weekend and I was wondering what your favorite brunch items are. It will be a casual brunch but I would like to not have to cook individual items while my guests are here.
I am already planning on making a lemon blueberry coffee cake, fresh fruit of...
I always use dijon mustard, olive oil, balsamic, red wine vinegar, garlic and whatever herbs (usually basil, thyme, and oregano) I have on hand. I love it but I am going to try some of these ides to spice it up!
Thanks everyone! All of these look great. I am going to have to buy more ground lamb.

I use Yellow Tail when cooking because it tastes good enough to drink and is pretty inexpensive. They have several different kinds, both red and white and I don't dislike any of them.
Hardees has Ostrich? Wow I never knew and don't think there is one near me now.
I love Culvers for their butter burger but can't eat that often. I dont even want to think of how much butter they actually use!
Hello everyone! I found this forum while looking someplace that had chefs and non-chefs. I am hoping to attend culinary school this fall. My passion has always been food and I want to make my passion a career instead of just a hobby.
I am looking forward to learning from all of you!
