I wanted to share what we did once.. yummy recipe. My husband likes sauteed greens (escarole, spinach, broccoli rabe, kale.. all of them.) So.. I blanched some broccoli rabe for 2 minutes, heated some EVOO, garlic, put in the broccoli rabe, ended with some cut up roasted peppers and toasted...
