    Green Chili Powder

I am trying to make chili verde and the recipe I have calls for green chili powder. I have visited three stores here in town, two regular grocery stores and a mexican market, and none of them had it. Do you know anyone who carries it, either in a brick and morter or online?

    Silga

Has anyone had any experience with Silga cookware? Williams Sonoma has a really nice roaster for $169.000 that is Silga...I think it is made in Italy. Has anyone used this line? Is it worth the cost? It is a beautiful roaster...it has the heaviest bottom I have ever felt.
