    Help too hot!!

    I'm not sure what kind of dish it is but is it possible to turn the sauce into a rose sauce by adding sour cream or fresh cream to help soften some of the heat without losing too much of the flavour?

    How do you use your leftovers and turn them into something good?

    My mom always made it with cabbage and onions and my dad said the cabbage was why it was called bubble and squeak.
