    I use salt, blk pepper, and finely ground red pepper flakes with my stir fry. I don't use any sauce but it still turns out very tasty.

    I concur with the Korean style with pork belly. However, you may want to try different marinade. Add Korean red pepper paste, minced garlic, ground pear, sliced onions to your meat and marinate overnight. Pan fry them.
