    Yes! A well-beaten egg, basically pureed, mixed in will make it hold together SO much better. Without it, they're basically fancy hashbrowns, the egg makes it a latke! You're not trying to be Kosher, are you? Potato pancakes fried in bacon leftovers :tongue: It sounds tasty, though!

    I can't tell you enough how thrilled I am! I was trying to figure out how to cook my bulk cous-cous so I googled it and whaddaya know, discusscooking.com! So hello to all my fellow members, and thanks for the cous-cous tips! (I picked them up from another thread :mrgreen: )
