    If you do have problems in the comming years with Tramotina you can buy a whole new set for the price you would pay for one All-Clad pan. As I stated before I have had Tramontina pans with just a heavy bottom for over thirteen years and the're still going strong.

    Tramotina makes pans that range from low quality to very good. Cooks Illustrated said their try ply is comparable to All-Clad. I have had two Tramotina pans that are a step under the try ply for over thirteen years and they are still going strong! I don't know of any reason why they shouldn't...

    Stuffed Cabbage Question

    I have not been happy with the results when using uncooked rice. I now use bread or crackers etc, so I can't comment on using cooked rice
