Is this a good way ? 8 big sweet paprica {peppers} all colors. 3 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon balsamic vineger 0.5 cup ex.v . oliveil salt and pepper. put the peppers in oven till they r softend , put them in a plastic bag for an hour or so till they swreat and be able to remove the skin...

Well no i am not nursing, my baby is 8 months now , and he refused to nurse when he was almost 5 months , he liked the bottle better, unlike my first , she nursed more than a year . but the diet i am using is actully a kind that you wouldnt really feel hungry at any time of the day thats why...

i just feel like sharing this ............. i am so proud :)))) Finally starting to lose really well with my OWN diet plan ... Really logical and healthy plan ..............:)))) Pregnancy killed my figure , i still hav a lot to lose... BUT IT FEELS GREAT SO FAR :))) YAAAAAY ...
