    Wholemeal Muffin

    Hi, Could someone please help me. This is a question on a homework sheet. Nobody I know seems to have any any idea: If you replaced some white SR flour with wholemeal SR flour in a basic muffin mix, which other ingredient may need to be altered? Why? Thanks in advance.
