    Hi Annie, I'm not stocking you really :) I saw the word frozen and I like precooked frozen dishes. (ducking in case she throws something) You could use a Pressure cooker with an trivet insert. The meals would be moist with a min loss of nutrients.

    I just remembered a new Slow Cooker product on the market, well new to me anyway. I think its made by Hamilton Beach. Its a crock pot that comes with 3 different bowl sizes. And I think it also had the drop back to warm mode via a timer, but you'll have to confirm that.

    forget the kabobs... lets go crazy and do something nice Thinking a bit more about this, why not do soimething really yummy. How about Beef Bourguignon or Beef Montparnasse. If you use a Pressure Cooker I have the recipes --- if not a net search will find what you need to know.

    Marinate in teriyaki sauce and Kabob. Cut strips instead of a stew meat cut and slice strips against the grain.     Being a Pressure Cooker freak. I have to say I perfer a Pressure Cooker for most things. Last night I had a great Pot Roast in 55 minutes.
