Tapioca is a thickening agent. I have never used self rising flour for a cobbler. Let me know how it all works out :)

With the fruit being frozen, you might be better off making a cobbler or a crisp. And peaches lend themselves so nicely to cobblers!

I ate on the run, just had a couple of hot dogs, as all I had time to do was make some cookies for youth group last night. I tried a recipe I found on o blog online. They were simlar to "Lofthouse". Best copycat one I have found yet!

Crock Pot Pot Roast with onion, carrots, red potatoes, and basil. With Honey Sweetened Iced Tea. Desert: chocolate chip cookies. Popcorn for movie time tonight. Might even make some egg creams...

I use the lids that come with the jars, and when I am done with whatever I canned, I buy new lids and use the old jars.

We baked for tomorrows lunch at our senior center. My son made yeast rolls, I made pumpkin pies, and we both prepared the pineapple cheesecake dessert.
