    How to grill 2" Thick steaks

    i have grilled leg of lamb many times but never two inch thick $18lb steaks. any advice on how to grill them over charcoal without ruining them? i want to be able to grill them without overcooking the outer and undercooking the inner or simply overcooking the whole thing. thanks.

    can you freeze sliced Black Forest Ham

    i bought more than i can use and the person who sliced it said you can't freeze it because it does not have preservatives. does that sound right? thanks.
